Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level 1 initiates you to the healing energy discovered by Mikao Usui. You will learn about this particular type of Reiki,  it's history, and how to use it for yourself and for others. A large part of Reiki Level 1 training is practical, so you will walk away feeling confident with using the energy.
